Get The Most Out Of Social Networking

As I talked about yesterday, social networks are a great way to get the word out about your business. But are you taking advantage of all the benefits these communities have to offer? I wasn’t, until recently.

I came across a great Etsy shop, www.businessminded.etsy.com. Here, you will find a number of different how-to manuals (super affordable!!) that give you tips on using Facebook and Twitter, to help market your Etsy shop. The great thing, though, is some of these tips will help you market your business, whether you have an Etsy shop, a regular webstore, or a brick and morter store.

Businessminded

I admitted yesterday that I’m not on Twitter, because I haven’t taken the time to figure it out, and I know I’m not the only one. I got the how-to for Twitter today and will be tweeting very soon, I’m sure.

I know we’re all bright enough to figure this stuff out for ourselves, but I don’t want to spend hours (days?) searching the internet, and then working via trial and error. Especially not when I can get all the tips and tricks emailed to me for a few dollars. Once you understand the basics and begin to get comfortable navigating these networks, you will start to see unique ways to promote your business.
