   Beth!

   You're so right... it is SO HARD to see ourselves as others see us! We may think we're humble, but we are really quite arrogant, and perhaps vice versa. It's so dangerous not to understand how we are projecting ourselves to others.

   Word choice is key, and perhaps simply asking your closest friends and family members for their honest feedback will make a difference.

   I have a draft post on this subject, which I'll finish some day and link back to this video.

   I agree and kinda disagree. If I said in a super funny way about this DUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMB idea, Can change your life.

   It is a game of psychology and I agree in the wrong context it can make it look bad.

   For the last part of the video I would say it is all about your scenario.

   Confidence is fueled by your ability to let down your guard and not focus on perfection. I use this method all the time and it works ONLY if you have stories to back it up. But if you don't have stories to back it up then why are you talking anyways?

   I think I have heard this message before? haha.

   Great post though.

   Shane - I agree with you. If you said DUMMMMMMMMB idea in a super funny way, that would work. When we incorporate humor into our communication it indicates confidence. So there are definitely exceptions, depending on the context. So I guess the main message is, go forth in confidence and your message will be well received
