Thnx Beth for the video. I hear you 100% on running a small business. This blog of mine is kind of like a small business, given the amount of advertisement solicitation. The funny thing is, I don't care about money now, b/c I have a job and have enough funds.
What I need to think about doing is hiring someone, perhaps a trusty confidant to be my business planner, b/c my heart just isn't into making money. All proceeds do go to charity though from my site, hence what I'm thinking of doing is getting more energized about making money so I can do more to help someone else.
I really give you and other small business owners props for doing so much. It's no easy task, and running my site tells me so!

A blog is definitely like a small business. And if you get paid for ad space, it is a business. I'm like you - I pass a lot of my money on to charitable causes, so the more I make, the more I can help. Let's figure out a way for you to get energized about making more money
